FDE, in partnership with Amadeus, launches its latest episode looking at delivering greater ROI from travel and expenses

In our latest episode, FDE TV presenter Darina Ivanova interviews not one, but two CFOs on how to deliver greater return on investment (ROI) from travel and expenses.

She visits Ana de Pro, chief financial officer of Amadeus IT group, at its global headquarters in Madrid. This year Amadeus commissioned a survey from the London School of Economics (LSE) called ‘Managing Every Mile’.

The report looks specifically at how C-level executives view business travel on their balance sheets, and explores ways they can take a strategic look at travel and expense management. The full study can be viewed here.

Darina also visits Tunc Tezel, the regional CFO of pladis Global. The company celebrated its one-year anniversary in 2017 but has over 300 years of experience under its belt, having been established when biscuit and confectionery giants McVitie’s, Ulker and Godiva merged in January 2016.

We speak with Tunc about his participation in the LSE study and find out how important business travel is to pladis when it comes to bringing the three iconic brands together.
