Sitel Opened a Centre in Belgrade, Serbia

In order to solidify its near shore offerings, Sitel, a global leader in outsourced customer care services, expanded its operations into Belgrade in November 2011. A well educated workforce, high national literacy levels and lower costs meant an attractive proposition for Sitel.
