Adam Hart is head of business development at KBC Peel Hunt and chairman of the London Stock Exchange's AIM Advisory Group, made up of external practitioners who advise the exchange on all matters affecting the operation.

He is a past member of the Corporate Finance Technical Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
