Michael Fischer has almost 20 years experience advising on German and international transactions and legal matters. His practice encompasses all aspects of German corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and partnership matters. He has advised a large number of German and foreign clients, working with companies in traditional industries, high-tech and media companies, corporate clients and private equity houses. Recent representive matters include working with a globally operating pharmaceutical company regarding all ongoing corporate and commercial law matters, a US private equity investor regarding the German side of several cross-border transactions and advising a Chinese group of companies with regard to its German business operations. He has written for a number of publications and spoken at international conferences. Fischer is also a member of the German Bar Association and the German-American Lawyers' Association.
