
Richard Christou is corporate senior vice president and head of the EMEA regional office for Fujitsu Ltd, Tokyo. He joined ICL after Fujitsu acquired 80% of the company in 1990, becoming acting chief executive in 2000. In 2002, ICL changed its name to Fujitsu Services and, in 2004, Christou took the position of executive chairman. Last year, he was appointed to his current role.
Christou is the author of three books: International Agency, Distribution and Licensing Agreements, Boilerplate – Practical Clauses and Drafting Commercial Agreements.
