Guy Kirkwood is a market developer and advisor on sourcing; outsourcing, shared services, BPO and offshoring. He works in Europe with EquaTerra, is the sourcing council member for the Gerson Lehrman Group, executive forum member of the Coleman Research Group, is advisor to CityTonic and is on the European advisory board of Business Week.

Guy is also a speaker at events organised by Management Today and the Economist. He is a member of and regular contributor to SharedXpertise (formerly the SBPOA), a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), the European Marketing Academy (EMAC) and the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM).

His papers have been published worldwide and he writes a syndicated column – BPO Backchat. Guy has lived and worked in Germany, the UK and currently in France and holds a BA and an MPhil.
