Wladek Rzycki

Wladyslaw Rzycki's experience spans a full range of transactional and corporate work both in Poland and the United States. He has particular experience in M&A, private equity, public procurement, offset law and international and US tax.

Mr. Rzycki's transactional practice includes private equity, cross-border M&A, public procurement and offset-related matters, project finance and government practice. Mr. Rzycki represents private equity funds, multinational and Polish enterprises as well as entrepreneurs.

In the past he has worked on structuring and planning inbound and outbound investments, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts, incorporations and stock and asset acquisitions.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, he was counsel at a leading international law firm. Prior to that, he was an associate at two other highly regarded law firms.
