Neil joined Travers Smith in 1985 and became a partner in 1987. He headed its banking department from 1996 to 2007.
Neil has been involved in a wide range of finance transactions over the years, including many UK and cross-border real estate finance transactions, the UK's first sub-prime mortgage securitisation, a major shadow toll road project and a number of substantial leveraged finance transactions.
Neil is also a regular speaker on various aspects of banking law and has had several articles published in the area of real estate finance.
