In the past 20 years Andrew Holmes has worked in a variety of organisations and industries. He has been a land surveyor, civil servant, IT professional, and project and programme manager. For the past 11 years he has worked as a management consultant. He has held senior positions in two of the big four management consultancies (Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers) and has recently established his own limited liability partnership, Paricint LLP.
