Genpact has over 32,000 employees across 30 delivery centers located in India, China, Hungary, Mexico, the Philippines, the Netherlands, Romania, Spain and the United States. This allows for multi-lingual capabilities, access to a larger talent pool and ‘near shoring’ capabilities to take advantage of time zones.

Genpact uses different locations for different types of services, depending on the needs of the client, the mix of skills and cost of talent available in each location. Genpact has been an industry pioneer in opening centers in several cities around the world. We will continue to expand our global footprint in order to better serve our clients.

ABOUT GENPACT

Genpact started in 1997 as GE Capital International Services (GECIS) - the India-based business process services operations of GE Capital. In 2005, we became an independent company, changing our name to Genpact, which conveys our desire to generate value and business impact for our clients. Since then we have grown rapidly, significantly expanding our range of services and diversifying our client base.

BUSINESS LEADERSHIP

Genpact is managed by an experienced and cohesive leadership team. Many members of the team developed their management skills working within GE, and many of them were involved in building Genpact.

Its business leaders combine strategic, operational and financial experience with extensive relationships and expertise within its target industries. The senior leaders have, on average, over 20 years of relevant experience. The Genpact Board of Directors comprises 13 members, 10 of whom are independent directors.
